Matching Gift Program

Delta Dental of Kansas (DDKS) Foundation's Matching Gift Program allows eligible individuals
to further support charities reflecting their personal interests by equally matching contributions to
eligible charitable organizations.
 
You are eligible to participate in the Matching Gift program if you are a participating dentist, a DDKS
employee, a DDKS board member or a Foundation board member.
 
Applicants must complete and submit the Matching Gift Application.
