Toothbrush Kit Program

 

The Delta Dental of Kansas Foundation is now accepting applications for Toothbrush Kits.

 
Toothbrush Kits are provided for new initiatives, new components of existing programs or one-time
events that will include one or more of the following Foundation grant criteria:
  • prevention
  • significant or large impact
  • sustainable solutions
 
Toothbrush Kits include:  toothbrush - paste - floss.    Types of toothbrushes include adult, youth and
child.
 
Applicants must complete and submit a proposal. 
 
Applications are due on or before July 1, 2010 by 12:00 p.m.
