Toothbrush Kit Program

 
Toothbrush Kits are often distributed outside of the county the organization receiving the grant is
located. These are the counties served by Toothbrush Kit grants in 2011:

Toothbrush Kits are provided for new initiatives, new components of existing programs or one-time
events that will include one or more of the following Foundation grant criteria:
  • prevention
  • significant or large impact
  • sustainable solutions
 
Toothbrush Kits include:  toothbrush - paste - floss.    Types of toothbrushes include adult, youth and
child.
 
Applicants must complete and submit a proposal.
