Community Health Grants

2013 Grant Application & Guidelines

Community-based oral health programs in Kansas are encouraged to apply for grants up to $150,000 for programs designed to improve oral health. Special consideration will be given to  those applicants whose programs focus on improving the oral health of low-income children and senior citizens; however, all grant submissions will be considered.

Community Dental Health Grants will be provided for new initiatives, new components of existing programs, start-up funding or one-time events that will include one or more of the following Foundation grant criteria:

  • prevention
  • significant or large impact
  • sustainable solutions

2012 Grant Recipients

The 2012 grant program touched the lives of 40,200 Kansans providing a total of $416,793 in grants. The organizations used the grant dollars to distribute oral health information and/or provided services to Kansans across the state. See which organizations were awarded grants>>
